Welcome. I specialize in assisting individuals struggling with life's stressors, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. With extensive experience supporting parents who are supporting children with mental, behavioral, and ASD challenges. I partner with individuals undergoing life transitions—whether changing jobs, working on marital issues, leaving domestic violence situations, advocating for children's services, or coping with daily challenges. In my therapeutic practice, I utilize a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, motivational interviewing, harm reduction strategies, and supportive psychotherapy. As a certified CAMS clinician and TB-CBT practitioner, I am proficient in crisis management to ensure my clients' well-being.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a belief in the inherent strengths of my clients and a firm commitment to helping them achieve their goals.
