Groups
The Relational Self

This group offers a holistic, trauma-informed and experiential therapeutic approach. The group aims to help members discover strengths, uncover and realign belief systems, improve their ability to relate and interact with others, receive feedback, and identify how societal/cultural themes influence their identities and lives. We will use dialogue and discussion in tandem with expressive arts, such as writing, movement, song, dream work, and role play to deepen our understanding of our relational experiences. In being curious about moments of disconnection within relationships, we can build greater awareness of ourselves, the collective and what is possible in our lives.
