My background in exercise science, nutrition, mental health, and rehabilitation has taught me a large amount about examining the mind-body-spirit connection and how it applies to positive change. I have 19 years experience as a counselor and offer a compassionate and understanding ear while giving feedback and tools to aid your growth.
