About
I am a therapist who believes strongly that talk therapy sometimes just isn't enough. Sometimes when a person experiences difficulties in life, their defenses can often get in the way. This is especially true when you are a child, have experienced trauma, or struggle with Eating Disorders. Sandplay therapy and other approaches can help break-down those barriers and promote healing.
I utilize EMDR, Sandplay, Spirituality, Body Work, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients. I work with Children & Families, Eating Disorders, Trauma, Anxiety/Depression. I have continued education for helping the LGBTQ+ community and I completed training from Postpartum Support International (currently finishing the certification for PMH-C)
I enjoy teaching schools and communities about Sandplay therapy and trauma. I was also an adjunct professor at Georgian Court University for Fall 2009-2010.
You can contact me through phone or email for an appointment, HOWEVER, if this is a mental health emergency call 911 or go to your local ER
