My goal is to provide my clients with effective and efficient tools to overcome their biggest life challenges. I also strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe environment for all of my clients to feel comfortable opening up. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is incredibly important and delicate. I use a collaborative approach while guiding my clients through the exploration of their most intrusive thoughts, fears, and anxieties and assisting them in challenging these thoughts and behaviors. My ideal client is someone who is ready to make meaningful changes in order to live a happier, healthier life.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults with various diagnoses including anorexia, binge eating disorder, bulimia, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, body image, and depression. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy in order to help clients gain a better understanding of and reframe their thought processes, intrusive thoughts, and maladaptive coping skills
During our work together, I will guide you through tools and strategies that will help to ease your stress and anxiety and lead you to the life you have always imagined. I will help you highlight your individual strengths and put them into practice so that together, we can foster the change you have been looking for. I am licensed to practice in PA, NJ, DE.
