About
I have extensive experience in working with adolescents and young adults to address concerns around mental health and behavioral changes. I strive to be an LGBTQ ally and affirming of polyamorous or ethical non-monogamy relationships. I am determined to create a safe space for the clients I work with. I specialize in helping clients discuss issues related to depression, anxiety, sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship or sexual concerns, communication building, and life transitions.
I collaborate with individuals, allowing clients to feel safe in exploring their emotions and values at their own pace. I integrate therapeutic modalities like solution-focused, mindfulness, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral methods. This creates a more personalized treatment to help clients find self-awareness and achieve their goals.
Deciding to begin counseling can feel overwhelming, even daunting. Yet, facing your challenges creates personal growth, increases self-esteem, and has a positive effect on your relationship with yourself and others. Reach out, and let's find a place to start together.
