If your problem involves a relationship with another human being, I could be helpful. I specialize in relational healing and recovery across the lifespan. For individuals, this ranges from figuring out why you keep dating the wrong person, to healing from abuse, to dealing with divorce, grief, or religious trauma. For couples & ENM partners, I work with you to help improve communication, recover from infidelity and trauma, and actually enjoy each other again. Finally, for adult families struggling to get along or even speak to each other, I work with you to decrease conflict, process disappointments and hurts, and cultivate joy.
At the core of my work is a strong belief that, for better or for worse, our relationships shape who we are. My goal is to help my clients recognize the narratives they carry about themselves and their relationships, and to help them tell the story in a way that allows them to fully connect to themselves and those they care about.
I love what I do, and I feel honored and grateful to do this work with you. You can visit my website to learn more, or to schedule a free consultation call.
