I specialize in relational healing across the lifespan. For individuals, this includes figuring out why you keep dating the wrong person, processing relational abuse, and dealing with divorce, grief, or religious trauma. For couples & ENM partners, I work with you to help improve communication, recover from infidelity and trauma, and to actually like each other again. Finally, for adult families struggling to get along, I work with you to decrease conflict, process disappointments and hurts, and cultivate joy.
At the core of my work is a strong belief that our relationships shape who we are. My goal is to help clients recognize the stories they carry about themselves and their relationships, and to help them tell that story in a way that honors their needs and deepens their relationships with those they care about the most.
