Prior to beginning my journey as a therapist, I worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years in a variety of healthcare settings. My extensive medical training, combined with my education and training as an LCSW, provides a unique lens to approach individuals holistically with both support and evidenced-based, medically informed practice.
I provide therapy to teens and adults struggling with a variety of medical and mental health issues including eating disorders, traumatic stress/PTSD, and adjustment to living with chronic illness and disease. I have years of clinical experience working with teen and adult survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and trauma.
I am an authentic, compassionate therapist who strives to provide a therapeutic healing space where you can feel safe and supported without fear or judgement.
