I am a mental health counselor specializing in art therapy. I practice from an integrated model that combines expressive arts, somatic, trauma-informed, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal, and attachment approaches. I draw upon these modalities and theories to craft an individualized and holistic approach. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR.
