I am an experienced liscensed clinician with over 5 years of experience working in the field. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds and have specialized training working with PTSD, Trauma, Parent-Child challenges, Anxiety, Depression, and Problematic Sexual Behaviors. I am certified in many evidence based practices and establishing goals with clients to support their desired outcomes. I have worked with war vets, victims of child abuse, domestic violence, clients experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, social phobias, etc. .
I offer virtual therapy services for children/teens/adults seeking therapy support. I am able to provide evidence based therapy such as DBT, CBT, Exposure therapy, and more. Typically we would meet and discuss goals during our first session. We then together design a treatment plan that will support your goals and needs.
