This can often shows up as withdrawal, defiance, emotional outbursts, or school struggles. Many youth are also wrestling with their sense of self—figuring out who they are, how they fit in, and how to manage their inner world. Without the right support, these challenges can disrupt their daily functioning, knock their self-confidence and lead to patterns that feel confusing or out of control.
My work with youth centers on creating space for them to find their voice. I meet clients where they are—with curiosity, empathy, and zero judgment. Change happens when we can explore what’s beneath the surface, challenge old patterns, and build a trusting relationship that allows for real growth and self-expression.
Through a warm, relational approach, we’ll build a connection rooted in honesty, vulnerability, and acceptance. Therapy can help deepen self-awareness, foster self-compassion, and support emotional regulation. The work isn’t always easy, but it can be powerful—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you or your child or family in that journey.
