As a social worker and psychotherapist, I see adults and couples with the aim of providing a safe and accepting environment for everyone. I am certified in sex therapy and I specialize in treating individuals and couples who present with sexual concerns. I welcome all persons with varied and diverse gender identities and sexualities, as well as varied forms of relationships. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in the states of California and Massachusetts.
In treating individuals and couples, I tend to emphasize the use of mindfulness, systemic and trauma-informed interventions. However, I draw from a broad range of approaches and training to tailor each person's therapeutic experience to their individual needs.
