About
I am currently full and not scheduling new clients, however I am continuing to offer free phone screenings to those looking for full-model DBT and interested in being added to a wait list.
"Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional." - The Dalai Lama. Most of us have heard this, however letting go of suffering doesn't come naturally. After all, if it were that easy, we would all be doing it already. I am here as a guide and a coach to help you create a life worth living by increasing fulfillment and decreasing unnecessary suffering.
I have dedicated my career to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches. I implement other evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and use person-centered approaches. If you have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder or suspect you may have this diagnosis, please reach out.
