All people at their core desire to be seen, heard, and valued as their most authentic self, but being vulnerable is the ultimate POWER move, but it can be unfamiliar, uncomfortable, and freaking scary. My hope is to honor that and do what I can to make it less so. I'm a neurodivergent extravert whose passions include people and stories, and my goal is to give your story a safe place to land, help you find the magic in it, and help you feel less alone in the messiness. Building a life worth living begins and ends with connection, regulation, and acceptance, but getting there doesn't have to be a lonely road.
I promise to be real always and shoot you straight. I am a neurodivergent human first strengths-based and person-centered at my core, and will integrate whatever approach meet the needs of each client’s unique experience without judgment or bias.
I believe there is real transformation that occurs when we gain insight and self-awareness, and that shame slowly dies when stories are told in safe spaces. As a counselor it is my privilege to provide such a place, to walk with clients through their story, and to guide them through life’s challenges towards positive change, healing, and growth.
