Hi! I am trained in treating adults with a wide variety of concerns. I work well with those suffering from depression, ADHD, anxiety, adjustment issues, boundary concerns, self esteem issues, relationship difficulties and perfectionism/overachievement . I have special interest in treating women, young adults and the aging population. My favorite therapeutic modalities are IFS and EMDR. I am a social worker by training and experience. This means I approach care with a strengths-based perspective. It also means that I conceptualize difficulties by taking into consideration not just the person, but their environment as well. In addition to outpatient therapy, I have experience in both inpatient psychiatric and inpatient medical settings.
