I’m also a nerdy therapist who understands video games, cosplay, fandoms, and online culture, so clients don’t need to mask or overexplain.My approach focuses on therapy for neurodivergent adults, trauma recovery, and emotional wellness, offering creative, affirming, and results-focused care. As a neurodivergent therapist, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported without masking. Clients often tell me they feel at ease from the first session, especially those navigating autism (diagnosed or self identified), AuDHD, anxiety, trauma, and identity exploration. And yes, I can follow any tangent or twist in the conversation!

A Virtual Process Group for Neuro-Distinct Adults (18–30ish) Starting May 13, 2026. In this group, we’ll unmask collectively to process the cost of conformity and celebrate radical authenticity. We will define autonomy by moving from people-pleasing to establishing secure boundaries. You’ll learn to map interception, identifying the "internal weather" that signals irritability and burnout before it surges.
