We live in a hectic and chaotic world, particularly now. Sometimes the tools we have just stop cutting it. Everything is suddenly a struggle. You may have been to a bunch of therapists and it didn't work. You may never have been to therapy and you just want to figure out how to function in life better. You’re not alone, you’re not “crazy”. I’m here to help .I'm a non binary, queer, AuDHD clinician who practices from a sex positive, trauma informed perspective and comes with an impressive list of trainings and certifications, but more importantly, I'm a regular human who's here to connect with you on a genuine and authentic level.

I‘m an EMDRIA certified therapist and Clinical Sexologist. Since many report not feeling comfortable opening up about the things that you need help with the most. This background has helped me be a safe place to help people make connections with their thoughts, emotions, & bodies has helped clients make positive changes.
