Together, we will create an exploratory space that fosters emotional authenticity, relief from shame, and a restored sense of vitality.
Throughout treatment, I strive to be a present and supportive guide while also helping to remain present with the more difficult interpersonal and emotional moments of the therapeutic process.
My treatment approach draws from psychoanalytic, relational, and humanistic philosophies. What this means is, while in session, we will explore both your personal experience and our on-going working relationship equally. My practice is also mind-body aware, as recognition of the physical being opens up pathways to exploration.
