Have you ever felt so lost you don’t know which way is up? Like no matter how much you speak, no one really understands? Like it’s easier to just not say anything at all than to deal with the disappointment? My name is Erica and I am here to tell you this, I get it. Life can be hard sometimes. Seemingly impossible. I’m also here to tell you, you don’t have to go through it alone. I will meet you where you are at and walk along side you at a pace that you set and are comfortable with. My goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need to reach your goals and build the life you deserve! Because I promise you are worth it!
I specialize in CBT and DBT and work with adolescents as young as age 12 as well as adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self esteem, relationship difficulties and more. I also have specialized training in working with athletes as well. I am fully licensed in both SD and WY and can see clients via telehealth across each state.
