Hello! My name is Erica Lee, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am licensed in TX, DC, and FL. I have a strong background in mental health, and I am dedicated to providing the best care and support to individuals navigating challenges. My goal is to be able to walk through the journey with you as we work together to lead you toward a more fulfilling life that is filled with purpose, joy, and peace. My client focus is individual sessions with adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, and women's issues. I tailor sessions to meet the needs of each individual.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) as my primary approach to therapy. I focus on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. I also utilize Solution Focused Therapy to assist clients with coming up with solutions to address their concerns.
I provide active listening, support, and empathy while encouraging my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings openly. My goal is to always create a safe, calm, relaxed, and supportive environment. I aim to help clients feel comfortable and secure. I also create a nonjudgmental environment.
