I have been in many of your shoes as a survivor of parenting two under two! I am here to help support in a non-judgmental way and empower and coach you through this phase of life.
I am an LCSW who has been practicing for almost 20 years. Recently, I have been a leader in residential treatment services for adolescents, where I specialized in treating families and survivors of trauma. I am a trained therapist and supervisor in Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT). I have an eclectic array of other therapies I also use.
