I specialize in somatic psychotherapy and mind–body trauma work for women navigating anxiety, burnout, and the long-term effects of stress and trauma. Many of the women I work with are high-functioning, deeply capable, and used to carrying responsibility yet feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by emotions, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Our work focuses on helping your nervous system settle so your mind can follow. I integrate somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, CBT, and Internal Family Systems to support healing that feels grounded, steady, and embodied, not just talked through.
This is a space where you don’t have to explain why you’re tired, minimize your experiences, or perform strength. We move at a pace that honors your body, builds safety, and creates real change over time.
