In my practice, I treat individuals and families who have histories of struggles with depression, anxiety or other life changes.
My practices specializes in child/adolescent and family therapies, particularly issues related to parenting and co-parenting. Whether your child or family is managing a difficult transition or if your child is exhibiting challenging behaviors we can work together to determine the best course of action to help you experience improved family life.
I also offer in-home parent coaching for families wanting a more directive and hands-on approach.
