My mission is to cultivate a space for clients to experience the fullness of mental health and wellness. Whether that be through providing a supportive therapeutic counseling experience or by helping you discover your strengths and identify areas of growth through comprehensive evaluation, I am here to support you in your journey to a healthier self. Although my practice focuses on counseling women, we are open to serving any adolescent and adult in need of counseling and/or assessment services.
My practice focuses on the treatment of depression and anxiety as well as interpersonal relationship difficulties. We specialize in the treatment of women that may need support navigating perinatal and postpartum mental health challenges. We also provide psychological assessments for ADHD, learning disorders and other mood-related disorders (ages 13+).
My mission as a provider is to support clients in their journey to wellness by teaching them skills that enrich the development of mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. I operate from a place of cultural humility to better understand how my own background and the background of others impact the counseling relationship and service effectiveness.
