I am passionate about mental health. It is essential in my work with clients to provide education on the importance of mental health and total wellness. It is the key to function as one’s most optimized self. I present a safe, secure, and unbiased atmosphere for clients to unravel and discover the organic and/or environmental roots of impairing symptoms or circumstances. Clinical experience includes crisis work, trauma, life transitional issues, stress, anxiety, depression, and bipolar I/II, as well as grief, existential matters, and self-identity development issues.

I believe that therapy is a partnership between clinician and client to embark on a journey together. I meet clients where they are- providing assistance/guidance, as well as psychoeducation and helpful techniques/skills to alleviate pain, internal and external conflicts impacting daily functioning and overall well-being. Therapy is NOT a "one size fits all"

I do not want to just rid one of symptoms, I desire to transform clients, help them evolve, into a new version of themselves.
