Hi my name is Erica Hughes, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, a substance abuse professional with the department of transportation, an approved supervisor with the american association of marriage and family therapists and a licensed addictions counselor. After working in this field for ten years through community mental health and volunteering, I am branching out on my own.

I specialize in depression (including postpartum), mood disorders, adolescents, parenting and couples and tend to utilize several different modalities including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy and incorporate mindfulness. I look at things systemically and how we are all connected in order to make a whole.

I am currently offering online services. You don’t have to load up the kiddos and drive them to appointments, stress over finding a sitter, or worry about taking time off work. You can schedule during school hours, during nap time, snack time, and etc. I look forward to working with you and being a part of your journey.
