I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adults in outpatient settings. I specialize in depression, anxiety, women’s issues, eating disorders, grief and loss, couples therapy, and fertility concerns.
I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Marymount Fordham University. I use an integrative approach rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered care, family systems, compassion-focused, and Christian counseling.
