I specialize in working with first responders, their families and associated stressors, substance use and co-occurring disorders, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, significant life transitions, career stress, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship struggles and couples counseling.
My years of working in high stress environments with high risk populations bring critical knowledge, understanding, and unique approaches to help my clients achieve their goals. I pride myself on individualizing treatment plans to uniquely fit your goals, strengths, and interests.
