About
We all deserve to be happy and fulfilled in our relationships. However, healthy and meaningful relationships do not come without work. Whether it is with your intimate partner, friends, family or coworkers, the quality of our relationships has a direct impact on our mental health. I help individuals understand how their past experiences, sometimes traumatic, impact their present struggles related to anxiety, stress or depression, and often interfere with their ability to cultivate and maintain relationship satisfaction.
I enjoy working with adults and adolescents struggling with issues related to self-esteem, relationships, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and difficult life transitions. I am also passionate about helping individuals heal from past trauma and use various trauma-informed treatment modalities in my approach to therapy.
I am conveniently located in the West Loop of Chicago on Madison as well as downtown Arlington Heights, within walking distance of the Metra. Please navigate to our website to make an online appointment today.
