In my work with young adults, those in their 20s and 30s, we will explore issues particular to this unique life stage- establishing your identity, finding comfort within your social circle, reviewing career choices, settling down in relationships, and starting a family- among others. I will help guide you through the challenges and joys that come with adjusting to adulthood.

Having also worked with seniors, I offer my experience to those who are aging and their families, specifically those who find themselves in the “sandwich generation.” As the caregiver in the family, you may experience increasing responsibility for your parents while raising your own children. In our work together, we will navigate the burden that can come with balancing roles, while making time to care for yourself.

I offer a supportive and judgement-free presence. I take a biopsychosocial approach to wellbeing which considers all areas of life- medical heath, emotional welfare, and social factors that influence our functioning. Our treatment together will be person-centered and uniquely catered to your strengths and needs.
