Hi, I’m Erica—welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. My therapeutic style is person-centered and grounded in relational psychotherapy, with a specialty supporting Millennials. Many who are at this stage of life can feel overwhelmed, trying to balance family, career, and personal growth—as such, it can be an ideal time to prioritize mental health. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or work stress, we’ll partner together to uncover the root of your pain and move toward lasting relief.

I also bring a rich background in eldercare. I have a deep appreciation for the emotional needs of older adults and their families, including those caring for aging parents while raising children—the “sandwich generation.” My experience in grief counseling, dementia care, and end-of-life issues informs my compassionate, steady approach.

Support groups I've led include: Caregivers, Memory Loss, and the Stress Management & Resiliency Training program w/ Harvard Medical School. My practice is non-pathologizing, grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work. Our FREE Caregiver Support Group offers a place to learn from the experiences of others and to encourage those who are in similar circumstances. Even when caring for a loved one is an act of love, it still takes many new skills and energy. This group is comprised mostly of spouses caring for their partners. Some sessions will spotlight expert guest speakers on various topics to support you in your caregiving journey. Most sessions will allow time for questions and group discussion.
