How would it feel to transition from surviving to truly living? Sometimes we carry the pain of our past and find it difficult to move forward. Whether you've experienced childhood trauma, are navigating the impact of recent events, or managing long-term effects of unresolved pain, therapy can provide a space to heal. I'm a licensed therapist who works collaboratively with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, depression, and anxiety. I focus on helping you feel grounded, supported, and in control of your life.
My approach is trauma-informed and draws from CBT, parts work, and psychodynamic therapy. I also incorporate expressive arts, mindfulness, and somatic exercises. Therapy with me is tailored to each client and involves building safety and resilience. Together, we'll work on reconnecting with your body, mind, and spirit.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your story without fear of judgment. We'll gradually work toward building practical skills at a pace that feels right for you. Healing takes time, but every step is an act of courage. You don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk that path with you when you're ready.
