I specialize in women's issues, perinatal mental health, young adults (18+), anxiety, life transitions, polyamory, and couples work.
My solution-focused, collaborative approach to therapy includes a broad range of techniques. I am passionate about helping people to re-discover their strengths in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
