My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based treatment, often integrating exposure and response prevention (ERP) with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I strive to create a space where people feel understood yet challenged, while being supported as they learn to tolerate uncertainty, face fears, and find their way back to peace.
