Throughout my journey as a mental health professional, I've come to deeply appreciate its profound impact on every aspect of life. I aim to empower my clients in cultivating a healthy mindset through self-awareness, recognition of strengths, embracing vulnerability, and navigating challenges with resiliency. I believe that fostering mental health is not just a personal endeavor but a societal responsibility.
I received my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a graduate certification in Nature-Based Therapy from East Tennessee State University. I am driven to help people work through the difficult aspects of their mental health such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem issues, and substance use.
I’m committed to welcoming clients from all stages of life into my practice. I am available for virtual as well as in-person therapy sessions. I take pride in utilizing an integrative therapeutic approach that best fits the needs of my clients. Such as, but not limited to, Nature-based therapy, CBT, Somatic Psychotherapy, REBT, and Rogerian therapy.
