Most of my clients are seeking to feel better, to accept themselves, to feel empowered, and to truly enjoy their lives. I am licensed in OR and CA. I utilize a holistic approach to healing that addresses people on all levels (body, mind and soul). I love blending psychology and spirituality. Many clients come to me for hypnosis to overcome fears such as fear of flying, or to enhance confidence for auditions and performances. I enjoy working with clients to improve areas of their life they might be struggling with and to release old patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve them.
I have over 20 years of experience treating depression, medical trauma, invisible illness such as autoimmune disorders, anxiety, life transitions such as going off to college, divorce, career transition or job loss and grief. I work with many college students in Oregon and feel privileged to do so!
I utilize a variety of psychological theories incorporating Mindfulness, and Brainspotting and Hypnosis. I was trained by Dr. Brian Weiss. We work together to formulate your therapy goals. I offer coping skills in sessions that you can practice at home. My goal is always to reduce distressing symptoms and improve overall functioning.

Groups
Women's Soul Cirlce
A small group for women to deepen self-awareness, self-love, coping skills and learn about Spiritual practices. Experiential group to include meditation, self-care, hypnosis, mindfulness and other spiritual practices. The goal is to tailor the group to the participants. I am happy to do an in person group and/or virtual depending on the interest. Fridays 11:30-1:00 in Hermosa Beach. Contact Erica for further details. Groups are forming now as of October 2025 and space is available.
