Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a big life transition, or healing from a betrayal, we’ll work together to identify the patterns keeping you disconnected from yourself or your partner and practice new ways of relating that restore trust and closeness.

My style integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and strength-based, trauma-informed frameworks. I help individuals & partners recognize their negative interaction cycles, explore underlying needs, and rebuild emotional safety through intentional dialogue and connection.
