I have training and experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, managing emotional dysregulation and trauma. I have been in social service for over 18 years. Working with diverse populations has solidified my interest in continuing to provide therapeutic services.
