I also work with clients to explore their emotions, learn to regulate themselves, and safely process their trauma(s) with the intention to help them find ways of coping that will result in healthier interactions with others and themselves.
I focus on a holistic approach while tailoring treatment for the unique needs of each client. Fostering and instilling resiliency among my clients is key in helping each individual regain the strength and confidence needed to move forward in their life.
