I have specialized training in providing care to those who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and systemic family concerns. Every individual is unique and presents with unique needs, to which I will meet with where you are currently at. I will join you on your journey to help achieve your goals and work towards personal growth and healing. Change is hard. Self-growth is hard. I believe in utilizing evidence based therapeutic techniques/modalities to help achieve individual goals. Specific evidenced based modalities I utilize include: CBT, MI, BSFT, mindfulness-based approaches, EMDR, and TF-CBT. All are centered around the individual and their unique needs.
