I am an experienced intuitive counselor aiming to help others facilitate their own healing. As a two-time cancer survivor, I work well with individuals living with chronic illnesses, grief, and loss. I am passionate about working with trauma survivors, especially those who feel stuck in survival mode. I am compassionate, direct and non-judgmental and do my best to guide you with authenticity and candor.
I am a human first, therapist second. I provide individual therapy and specialize in trauma, including dissociative disorders & CPTSD. I am experienced working with eating disorders, chronic health conditions, & mood/anxiety disorders. I especially enjoy working with healthcare providers & individuals interested in pursuing spiritual growth and development.
