I have over 17 years of counseling experience, in both private therapy and school counseling. I use a variety of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, Client-Centered, Play and Art Therapy techniques, depending on individual client needs. I also offer group counseling, mindfulness training, and parent coaching.
