Hello there! I am an LICSW who loves what I do. I have been practicing the art of psychotherapy for 15 years in many different arenas. I work with clients who come from many different backgrounds, and who have a wide variety of different needs. I am a best clinical fit for adults of any age who are willing to put in the work to transform unhelpful patterns, to explore and heal wounded parts of the self, to enrich their relationships and lives with more vitality and meaning, or to address the origins and roots of life struggles. I also provide clinical supervision/consultation to other therapists within the U.S. and internationally.
I specialize in working with therapists/caregivers, LGBTQIA+ folx, those looking for deeper level exploration, and those on a spiritual path of healing. I have a great deal of experience in interfaith spaces, and draw most often from family systems, IFS (parts work), psychodynamic theory, Jung, narrative therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, & EMDR.
Together, I hope to co-create a “wholistic” healing space, where you feel genuinely seen and heard, and one that is thoughtfully individualized to what you are most looking to work on. I believe that identity matters deeply. It is critically important for me to strive to provide clients with intersectional, gender affirming, and culturally sensitive care.
