My ideal client is someone who feels curious about deeper self-exploration, even if they’re not sure where to begin. They may be navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, or the effects of past experiences. Together, we work toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful day to day. My clients tend to value collaboration, honest reflection, and naming patterns that aren't working for them anymore.
In session I lead with curiosity and compassion to foster a nonjudgmental space for exploration. I weave in expressive arts therapy and mind-body approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and parts work to support deeper processing of your inner world. I hold a Master’s in Counseling and am a Resident in Counseling.
If you feel stuck or unsure in this world, that makes sense. Change can feel daunting, and curiosity is enough to begin. Therapy can offer space for something different, whether with me or with another therapist. Feel free to reach out to see if my style might be a good fit for you.
