It is one of my greatest joys in life to watch individuals, couples, and families pursue lasting growth and change. As a therapist I provide a comfortable, safe environment for individuals, couples, and families to grow and work towards their goals.
My focus is on helping relationships strengthen and heal. My areas of focus include children and couples. I have specific training in multiple types of play therapy and trauma work with children and youth. My areas of focus with adults and couples include adult attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
