Since there is no "cookie cutter" approach to counseling and all individuals and family dynamics are unique, My approach stems from variety of therapeutic modalities to include person centered, cognitive behavioral and reality therapy in order to address characteristics associated with ADHD, cognitive disorders, depression and anxiety.
