I approach therapy from a strength-based perspective strongly informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory. I have a great deal of experience and comfort working with issues of identity. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of successful therapy and work diligently to create a safe and supportive space for my clients.
