I specialize in treating adults and families. My experience working in private, inpatient and outpatient settings has enabled me to effectively treat those struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety related disorders, trauma, self-esteem, gender identity, grief, mood disorders, addiction, family/relationship issues and just doing daily life.
I utilized CBT, DBT, ACT, and Trauma Informed Care- all of which are evidenced based treatment modalities. With my innate interest in the human condition and respect for everyone's unique story, I collaborate with my clients to identify and draw upon their strengths to achieve a sense of balance, fulfillment and purpose.
