About
***Currently not accepting new clients. Please check back in February.*** Making the decision to seek a therapist is the first step in making important changes in your life. I provide a comfortable and a nonjudgemental environment where you can feel at ease about this decision. Although my focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I incorporate other modalities based on the needs of the individual. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. During the initial consultation, we will discuss the best course of action to meet your goals. It is important that all clients are involved in their treatment plan.
Although, I specialize in working with clients to reduce their symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, I have had great success supporting clients through many of life's obstacles.
Trust is the most important step in the therapeutic process. I have a unique ability to connect with those who may be resistant to or apprehensive about treatment.
