Although my focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I incorporate other modalities based on the needs of the individual. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. During the initial consultation, we will discuss the best course of action to meet your goals. It is important that all clients are involved in their treatment plan.
Although, I specialize in working with clients to reduce their symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, I have had great success supporting clients through many of life's obstacles.
