About
We aren’t meant to go through life alone. We need people around us to celebrate the highs, talk us through the lows, and above all else, we need people to listen and hear us. I truly believe that no problem is too small for therapy and that no one should have to navigate the tough parts of life on their own: I want to hear your story, and I’m here to support you through your journey. Therapy is a collaborative effort that requires us to work together to create goals that will best benefit you, while being mindful of where you’re in that moment.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist in Chicago from Loyola University of Chicago's Bilingual MSW program, where I learned and collaborated with Latinx and Spanish-speaking students and therapists all over the country. I also have extensive experience working with students and adolescents experiencing life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
I’m passionate about working with people experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as those who are working through trauma, building self-esteem, and developing their identity. We can work together through talk therapy, art, writing, and creative activities. I welcome the opportunity to work with you, and encourage you to come as you are!
